ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
We use Federal Express for all our shipments. Additional fees will apply.
Please note that not all pieces featured on the website are immediately available for shipping, so if you chose to order a piece via our online store or phone, please note that it may take from 2-12 business days to ship the purchased item to you (if you need the item to be delivered on specific date, please contact us to make sure we can deliver on that date). Your purchase will be packed in a jewelry pouch and Jelena Behrend Studio Inc. shopping bag.
RETURN POLICY
We at Jelena Behrend Studio Inc. highly value our reputation and carefully inspect all items, before we ship them to our customers. Please inspect your purchase immediately after you receive your package. If you notice a manufacturing fault, please notify us via e-mail at jelena@jelenabehrendstudio.com and ship it back to our address (Jelena Behrend Studio Inc. 188 Orchard St. New York, NY 10002) within 3 business days and include a short description of a defect. In the case, we conclude that the defect described is our mistake, you will receive a refund within 30 days from the day we receive your package and inspect the item or we will exchange the piece and will ship it back to you within reasonable time frame.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, if returned within 5 business days and additional fees may apply, so make sure you carefully check your size, before you make a purchase. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Jelena Behrend Studio Inc. will not accept any returns in any other situation than described above and if the piece was worn, damaged, scratched.
PRESS OFFICE POLICY
All late returns of jewelry loaned for press purposes will be considered a rental and subject to a standard rental fee: 20% of loaned jewelry value per one calendar day. In a case jewelry is not returned within 15 calendar days after the due date, the borrower will be charged full value of jewelry, in addition to rental fees. Above listed fees are final and not negotiable.
